The savings are applied as a credit at the time of the installation. And we don’t make our customers wait for their incentive funds to arrive from Oncor. ![]() Incentive payments from Oncor are paid directly to these service providers, who can then pass on the incentive to the customer to help pay for some or all of the energy efficiency improvement.Īt AirCo, we pass the entire incentive amount directly to the qualifying customer. Oncor selects only licensed and insured service providers that have proven experience and competency in installation of energy efficient equipment. Millions of Texas residents receive energy from Oncor through their chosen retail electric provider.
